Beautiful plant so healthy

It is a beautiful plant, I do love the Calathea,s but starting to slowly kill some of mine & I don’t know why ?

My Thai Monstera was looking really really sad, had leaf browning and some unhappy roots with my at home Bunnings mix - since switching to The Plant Boys Aroid Mix, my plant is happier than it’s ever been!
