🎄 End of 2025 Schedule and Shipping Information 🎁

If you’d like your order to arrive before Christmas 2025, please note:

⏰ Order cut-off: Place your order by 8:00am on Monday 15 December 2025 (AEDT).
📦 Our commitment: We commit to shipping all orders placed before the cut-off in line with Australia Post’s Christmas sending dates.
💌 Why this date? This earlier cut-off lets us send orders well before the busy (and hot) Christmas period, so they’re less likely to get delayed in transit.
ℹ️ About AusPost dates: Australia Post’s Christmas cut-off dates are generally based on metro-to-metro deliveries. For full details (including regional timeframes), please see the Australia Post Christmas sending dates.

Orders placed after 8:00am on 15 December 2025 may still be shipped before Christmas if time allows, but we can’t guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
If you really want your order to arrive this year, please order before the cut-off.
🪴 Plant orders placed after the cut-off that aren’t sent before our break will be held and shipped from Monday 12 January 2026, in the order they were received.
📦 Non-plant orders (pots, substrates, books, accessories, etc.) may still be shipped during our break on a limited schedule (see below), and may take longer than usual to dispatch.

We’re taking a break to rest, reset, and get ready for a big 2026.

During this time:

🛒 Online store open: You can still browse and place orders as normal.
📦 Limited shipping (non-plants only):
- We’ll do limited dispatch runs once or twice a week for non-plant orders only (pots, books, substrates, accessories, etc.).
- No plant orders will be shipped during the break to avoid plants sitting in hot depots or being delayed in transit.
🏡 We’re moving house (for the plants): We’ll also be relocating to a new premises during this period, so thanks in advance for your patience with any small delays while we juggle boxes, benches and begonias.

📧 Email: We’ll keep an eye on emails outside of public holidays, but reply times may be slower than usual.
🌱 Store updates: We’ll be quietly working on restocks, new-season plants and fresh goodies for 2026, so keep an eye on the store and your inbox.
