Calathea Fasciata is all about bold, rounded foliage with a beautifully painted look. Each leaf carries soft bands of fresh green over a deeper olive base, while the undersides bring a rich burgundy tone that gives the whole plant extra depth and movement.
With its lush, upright habit and broad tropical leaves, this is a brilliant choice for adding a refined jungle feel to shelves, sideboards, and bright indoor corners. It has that classic prayer-plant appeal—ornamental, sculptural, and full of texture without feeling fussy.
| Position | Keep in bright indirect light or a well-lit filtered position indoors. Avoid harsh direct sun, especially afternoon sun, and keep away from heaters and cold draughts. |
| Temperature | Prefers warm conditions and steady indoor temperatures. Aim for 18–30°C, and protect from cold stress below around 15°C. |
| Water | Keep the potting mix lightly and evenly moist, but never soggy. Water when the top layer just starts to dry, and reduce frequency in cooler months. Higher humidity will help keep the foliage looking its best. |
| Fertiliser | Feed during the warmer growing season with a diluted indoor plant fertiliser every 4–6 weeks. Hold back in winter when growth slows. |

Plants are shipped exclusively via AusPost Express Post and will be packaged to make the journey to your place.
