Its long, slender deep green leaves create the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and calm setting, whether you’re looking to add a touch of nature to your living room or office.

This hardy plants doesn’t require a lot of upkeep, so it’s perfect for even beginner gardeners – you just need to give it bright, indirect light and let the top layer of soil dry between waterings. Plus, its drought-resistant so you don’t have to worry about providing too much care.

The best part about this vining plant is that it looks its best when given something to climb. You can give it a trellis to wrap around or pole to climb.

Position Keep in a bright well-lit area or provide additional light. Avoid heaters and draughty positions.
Temperature Temperatures above 20c will speed up growth, between 15 and 20c growth will be slow and plants can be pruned to keep compact. Long periods below 12c may cause plants to rot; dead leaves should be removed.
Water Water well if kept in pots but sparingly in terrariums, potting mix should be allowed to almost dry between waterings. Keep on the dry side in winter.
Fertiliser Weak dose regularly in warmer months. Only fertilise if you would like the plant to grow. Less fertiliser will keep plants shorter and more compact.
Repotting Only when plant is well advanced in pot or mid-spring.
