Looking for something different in a houseplant? Check out Hoya Burtoniae! This new species is grown for its attractive compact burgundy foliage and novel recurved shooting star like flowers. Hoya Burtoniae is a great choice if you're looking for a plant that is both eye-catching and unique.

Flowers Clusters of small 4mm fragrant flowers on short cascading branches throughout the warmer months.
Position Partial to heavy shade in a well protected position.
Temperature Semi-tropical may need to be kept indoors over winter months in cold climates.
Water Keep drier in winter and moist in warmer months.
Fertiliser Weak dose regularly in warmer months.
Repotting Only when plant is well advanced in pot or mid-spring.

This is definitely one of my favorites for the unique velvety red undersided leaves. Arrived with a very long vine half broken off near the top, but still a great healthy plant
