Dive into the world of Hoya Pubicalyx, a remarkable species that combines elegance with ease of care, making it an exceptional choice for beginners and seasoned plant enthusiasts alike.
This beauty showcases narrow leaves that stretch up to an impressive 18cm x 6cm, and its standout feature? Those leaves come speckled with magnificent silver spangles, turning ordinary foliage into a piece of art. And if that wasn't enough, the stems and fresh growth often dazzle with a dark purple hue, offering a delightful contrast. Whether you're looking for a climber or a cascader, the Hoya Pubicalyx is keen to fit the bill.
But this Hoya's splendour doesn't end with its leaves. When in bloom, it parades tightly clustered star-shaped flowers in an array of pink and burgundy shades, each measuring a good 20mm across. These blossoms, with coronas transitioning from white to pink, come together in large umbels of up to 30 flowers. The cherry on top? A potent, sweet aroma that promises to elevate any room's ambiance.
