Syngonium ‘Purple Butterfly’ is a striking, fast-growing aroid loved for its dramatic, arrow-shaped foliage and marbled variegation. New leaves often emerge in softer tones and deepen as they mature, creating a constantly changing display. It’s an easy-care option for bright indoor spaces and can be grown as a compact potted plant or allowed to trail and climb with support.

| Temperature | Temperatures above 20 degrees will speed up growth. Keep temperatures above 12 degrees or may cause leaves to rot. |
| Water | Water well if kept in pots but sparingly in terrariums; potting mix must be allowed to almost dry between waterings. |
| Fertiliser | Only fertilise if you would like the plant to grow larger. Lack of fertiliser will keep the plant shorter and more compact. |
| Repotting | Only when well established in pot or mid-spring. |
